James and Wade owned it up, and the 1992 USA Olympic basketball team is probably the best team ever made in history. You can't beat a team with Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, and Karl Malone. The 2008 team beat their opponents by over 30 on average, the Dream Team beat theirs by over 40 almost each time.
Obviously the US has the best basketball players and team, but Spain is almost always the best of the rest and the fact that they played this all-star team close is extremely impressive

A common trend is that European players are better shooters, play better defense, and are better when working in halfcourt sets, while USA players are more athletic and focus on scoring
