you put the tea bags in the water to get them wet and then you squeeze out the extra water out and then out then on your eyes for 15 to 20 minutes the caffine will get rid of the puffness and you will look well rested but make sure that you use hot water it feels better on the skin trust me

I used a Korean brand of this sort of eye masks as well. They worked brilliantly to me! I put them on overnight and 80-90% of my dark eye circles just vanished the next morning. And I used them for a couple of times too before the ingredients just flattened out/being used up, tho the results weren't as good as the first time.

They have small little compresses that they normally use to heat babies heels up after they are born that come with a strap. I freeze compresses simlar to that and it comes with a tape strap. I get it from my Aunt that works in a hospital but I think they might be more inexpenisve.

thanks for the advice- i have terrible undereye circles and I'm 14! actually, the puffiness was worse when i was younger. it started when i was around 9, my eyes would get saggy really puffy, even on my eyelids. & the worst part was- i was the only one in elementary & middle school with such puffy eyes. but in high school, there are quite a few people with the same problem.

You may have low iron and vitamin b, and possibly a thyroid gland/hormonal condition due to lack of green vegetables.
