in honour of the poor bile bears and the abuse and suffering inflicted on them by the chinese and vietnamese governments, and they wont stop this barbaric practise.........i have decided to tell everyone the truth.
want to know something really special that the professors at Leiden University Faculty of Medicine and the Dutch government dont want anyone to know...........go to "jenny morris she has to be loved nzoz1989" and press "see all" to find my 3 hidden comments.
I live in Heerhugowaard. Im trhinking about going to study in Leiden. Perhaps Japanese. And Yeah Dutch grammar sucks like seriously. At school im soo bad at dutch especially grammar.
How do English speakers adapt to Dutch? Most Dutch people and also some with learning disabilities understand a lot of English. I understand Dutch will be a liitle easier for german than english speakers to learn, but I regard your language gramatically somewhere inbetween. I hope I do not offend.
There's plenty to see close to Leiden, so I think it would be a nice place to go and study. Most people have a good command of English and were confident in speaking it. But I guess Dutch is not that difficult a language for an English (or German) speaker to learn.
Thanks for your post. I think the location of Leiden is indeed one of its strongest points, 30 min from Amsterstam, 15 min from The Hague, 15 min from Schiphol airport by train. Dutch is indeed not that difficult for German speakers to learn, many follow a pre-training for German speakers to learn Dutch before starting their (especially bachelor) study in Dutch. Also many English speakers choose to study in Leiden, since most master's programmes are taught in English at Leiden University.
