  • I'm not huge on Obama, but aside from politics, as a fellow [striving] artist, I think this is beautifully done.

  • The screams of anger aren't loud enough but Barrack has no intentions of listening anyways... JFK was not shot by one man and if Dennis Kucinich is ever elected president, it's his death sentence.

Jason... this artwork passes through walls and is immune to gunshots. Keep doing what you're doing!

"Killuminati" - the immortal word of Tupac "Makeveli" Shakur

  • I absolutely love this...and the speech from Network as the piece comes together is great.

  • Outstanding! Great promise of future fame.

  • The background audio is quite appropriate and indicative of the ever creeping frustration and angst of the American public, including those Americans who voted for Obama's rendering of "Hope & Change" in America. His captured expression in this video/painting clearly portrays the harsh reality setting in with a dose of heavy truth in his brow as he witnesses the incredible failure of his ideal - Liberalism & Progressivism. The weight of truth is an awesome thing

  • Im mad as hell and im not going to blaze anymore

  • Very nicely put together. Enjoyed the small narrative at the beginning when you're setting up the inks, Lost some focus when you pulled back to do the BG

  • "They're yelling in Baton Rouge"

  • First of all, I am glad to see some one using liquitex inks, they are a great product. Do you use the FW inks also?

  • This is one of the best videos I have seen in a very long time. I don't think it even matters what you believe. I think almost anyone could watch this and find that it resonates deeply with them.

  • Where is the audio clip from?

  • @13baldjj It's from the film 'Network'. If you search 'network mad as hell speech' on YouTube, you can see the original scene from the film. It's really amazing.

  • @jasonrudolphpena Thanks. Great video btw.

  • IM MAD AS HELL AND IM NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE!

  • Jeesh. This video gave me shivers. I felt tears swell up, and this heaviness in my heart. Great job. Amazing job.

  • I'm just wanting to know if that was water color or not, but I liked video overall. I can't say it made me feel anything particular though, so I'm probably no help for your presentation.

  • @Burksworks It's a mixture of inks and acrylic paints. I used Liquitex inks and Golden fluid acrylics. The Liquitex inks are really awesome to work with.

  • This is beautiful. Very inspiring.

  • It made me feel for him, the pressure, the concern. It also made me mad that I know he is doing everything he can and is met with nothing but intransigence, people questioning his citizenship, his religion, and his race. I met him personally in 3/2008 and was blown away by him. I think you did a beautiful thing here, especially the way you portrayed his face with such feeling and the background sound is beyond perfect!

  • Soundtrack made this video. Nice art and really made me think about his job. Big thumbs up!

  • annoying

  • But your work is as always brilliantly amazing.

  • I wouldn't want to be in his shoes for nothing. They will not under any circumstances even try to work with him. They would rather see this country and its working class go under.

  • Amazing portrait and wonderful choice of sound! x)

  • Outstanding as always. The direction of the eyes (downwards and away from the viewer) and the expressionless mouth definitely convey the concerns and deep thoughts of the president. My only criticism (if this even qualifies as one) is that your acrylic work seems to have a tad more substance/character than your ink work due to the properties of the mediums themselves. That said, I love it all!

  • i enjoyed this.

  • they left me with the check...

  • i feel the pressure and see it on his facial expression. it is a beautiful painting.

  • You have to wonder sometimes why the world isn't all screaming together. Very powerful video all around and I like the mixture of media in it. I suppose that it doesn't matter which way you lean politically, we all need to start working together to fix these problems.

  • Like it! Great acrylic skills man.

  • Very powerful. Being president looks stressful.
