Nope, the effects should be seen right at the start if they were there, which they're not. It figures they'd pick this song in particular though, it was largely shit for hands IMO. Just like they didn't make much of a difference in Will either.
I take that back, this song is not going to be fun in the arcades for me now. This wasn't the greatest chart in the world, but certain parts of it only made any sort of sense when the hand markers were turned on. Especially the entire end section with it's two hand streams. Looking back on it, I'm actually surprised that both of those charts weren't changed.
