the only thing annoying whit the pyro it because after have set your enemy in fire you can't deal anymore damage whit fire you need to run after your enemy whit a axe or use your shot gun and i will never trade my good flamethrower for a backbunner backbunner it more for ambush

The thing about pyros is that they are so f#cking anoying...they can counter almost every class,except soldiers ... but they can be killed if you keep your distance from their flamethrower,but in most cases they will sneak up on you and turn you into fried chicken ... i think that damage on their flamethrowers should be reduced and burning damage should be increased .. that would make them a more Ambush class and a litle less Click-and-Kill-everything-in-y­our-sight class :D

Actually, if a pyro uses the regular flamethrower, they can reflect a soldier's rockets back at them or other enemies, in effect countering them... same with arrows, grenades, stickies, and the scout's ball.

i wasnt talking about that,it is their rocket jump that makes them dangerous to pyros,and if in close quarters they have litle chance of deflecting rockets...but i bet that after the Solider/Demo update that everything will be balanced ;)

It might not be the hardest class, but pyros are easy to avoid or kill. They arent that overpowered, either, especially if they get owned all the time. Just like any other class.

Also, not all people that are pyros are noobs or unskilled... take Huey Lewis.

I think VALVe should make a class limit on the pyro. 2 or 3 pyros per team, for every server, because I hate getting owned with the backburner as a Sniper EVERY FUCKING ROUND! And I also hate when noobs say like "i iz teh bezt at diz gaem!11!!!!!1111!!!" and I'm like... "Dude, pyros are over-powered..."
