apple mac pro problem when running logic pro 8

there is no key command which corresponds to this menu item ???????????

i get this problem when i click insert then select a plug-in from waves 7 bundle

please message me with the solution as this problem is more than fucking annoying

hi Studiogeekman thank very good lesson,and i have the problem in logic pro 9 how to change the project key it not easy like garageband.i can change the key only some of the region that they have (follow the tempo)in the left upper conner inside the inspector box , so some of the region don't have that (follow the tempo) they have flex or score only so how can i do that i want to change the key by region do you have tutorial for that

If your talking about my intro music, It's just one of the sound beds that comes with logic. I think it's called "Satellites".

If you have Soundtrack Pro installed and you installed all the Apple loops. The default install should have put the file here:

Library / Audio / Apple Loops / Apple / Apple loops for Soundtrack Pro / Associated Production Music / Sattelites.caf

Thanks man, all new videos will be in HD, Anyway the program I use for screen cap is called Screenflicks. I think it's like $25, way worth the money. You can record at any res, and you get to pick the export quality thru quicktime settings.
