  • Cannot the display get less sensitive after longer using??

  • no lol

  • wait do the apps take up part of your storage space?

  • not much if any, its just a link on your home screen to get there

  • yeah they literally are "web apps" stored somewhere on the web that you can use the browser to go play them...alot of the games are kind of lame...

  • u really f*** up apple.i am not paying 20 big ones for something that should be free, guess i have to jailbrake it again.

    *Yells* RIP OFF ARTIST

  • Yeah..I Mean Come On Im Sellin Mine Because PSP (Playstaion Portable) Does Actually The Same Things And Cheaper Plus ITunes Music/Video Only Works On PC And Apple Items Unless Burned To A Blank Disk A Then Riped To Differnt Format From Disk

  • alot of people get the ipod touch for safari and stuff. web browser on psp is so slow that my windows from 97 runs faster. stay with the psp if you just want gaming, plus music and video are way better on the touch .

  • hey is there a file that i can download that gives me this feature w/o paying the $20?

  • Can't there be some kind of intuitive thing going on where the iTunes Store detects the contents of your iPod so as not to allow you to pay for the same apps more then once? I'd say they should be able to do this now, with all the tech-savvy folks out there. Get a grip Apple, this kind of crap is what made Creative a company to dread. I am sending my hate mail to support tonight. Now I am longing to Jailbreak.

  • yes u can just go in itunes, click store at the top, then click check for purchases, and it will automaticly download all your latest purchases

  • LOL I own 4x the January upgrade, I wonder if I can share

  • Yeah you click on the buy button, the iStore grabs a chunk of your money, and then you plug in your Touch and hit Sync in the Summary area of your Touch. Then you disconnect and the apps are supposed to load.

I am really disappointed, because for me the apps were NOT loaded, and then I was not sure what I did wrong so I clicked on the BUY button again in the iTunes Store(in fact I clicked on it twice after powering off/on my iPod). Result, 80 bucks down the drain, NO EXTRA APPS.

  • hey do u still have the update file?

  • Meh, there is none. Not one that can be saved on disk, as far as I can see. I did a soft restore on my Touch and tried yet another DL of the upgrade and bingo it worked... I have some explaining to do to Apple tomorrow...

  • ahhh man so then the update isnt transferable =(

  • Hi! Well I'm not so glad with this pay-for-update thing that apple did today, and there's not chance for me to get the update since I live in latinamerica and here we don't have acces to the itunes store. However I was wondering, when you buy the update it's some kind of file that gets downloaded? do you have to plugg the itouch to download? thanks a lot.

  • when it has 30gb, i'll buy one ¡¡¡¡

  • What are all the icons on the screen? I didn't see it confirmed that the touch would have the webclip ability too?

I'm think I'm looking at Safari, iCal, Mail, Address Book, YouTube, Stocks, Maps, Weather, Clock, Calculator, Notes, Settings, and then 3 more mystery ones...
