In a separate bowl take a spoon of yeast add a spoon of sugar and dissolve in luke warm water. When the yeast rises, stir the ground raw rice cooked rice and yeast mixture together and set aside. The batter will rise and ferment. After the batter is risen, grind the shredded coconut and stir into the batter. You can add salt to taste to the batter.

authentic, but use curry leaves to garnish, do not go after corriander leaves for the stew. No need of bay leaves, it will make your stew spoiled
