@DeeJayJoenX yeah with 90% of house and techno after 32 beats a new sound (hi hat, bassline, mid, vocal) will be put into the tune. towards the end of the songs every 32 beats something is taken out. so if you are mixing two tracks with that structure, you can sometimes be mixing and a high hat from one track will drop, just as the other high hat kicks in. this method sounds really good for long mixes

@SpaNioLYaNi This is because its a 4 channel mixer so channels a-b are on the same side of the fader and c-d are on the other side. He was only using channels a-b so he didnt have to move the fader right

He simply did not assign channel 1 and 2 to the A or B side of the crossfader. If you can see the small button under those channels you can see that they are in the middle meaning Natural

@jjwod thats true, this might be a way to get comfortable with mixing at a beginner state. its a way to approach the understanding of how tracks are built and gives you a quite good reward at the end

yeah i read through them all and the one that was suggested my Turbotronics is completely wrong...=/...

but the people who suggested that it was a Misled Remix that right i just dont know if it was done by Phil K or someone else...i wouldnt doubt that he redid that song for himself...if i can even get ahold of the sheet music of Misled - Kool and the Gang i can easily make a similar remix i just cant even find the Sheet music =/

the crossfader was not activated.....so it doesn´t matter on which side the crossfader is....
