That damn computer... I was never able to find it before and i'd always get the MOSTLY good ending, cept sean one'd laugh that he can try again with the laser cannon because the computer was still existing, though rebecca was still screwed on her end.

@rockinfetus916 go to wwwDOTcoolromDOTcom, click emulators, super nintendo, download zsnes, drag it onto your desktop, then go to roms, click "P" and scroll down to Phantom 2040, download it, drag it next to your zsnes emulator, and then drag the ROM file on top of the Zsnes icon. there ya go!
if by shitty you mean fucking hard, then hell yeah. The snes version of the game was impossible. The genesis made it easy, you had way more lives. While Snes limited to 10. But with the emulators i relived my childhood which isn;t that long ago

I've always wondered if it's possible to get an 'Everything Resolved' ending...basically this ending, but with Sean One captured to boot...I can stop his orbital platform, but he still escapes, as it were. Maybe they had sequel plans.

If its anything like the Genesis version, in the 2nd to last chapter (where you have to go after either the Madisons or Sean One, but the one you don't kill blows up the city in the end), go after the Madisons, and instead of taking the lader after killing the triad, loop around via a very subtle hidden path that lets you get to Sean One's space station, thus letting you go after both of them. And make sure you blow up his computer while you're there. That should get you a good ending.
Great video, thanks for uploading it! I liked the ending alot , especially at the very end with the Phantom punching that stupid broadcaster out, Niiiiice! I tried finishing this game but I couldn't do to some odd glitch, ah well.
*sigh* This wasn't a bad game but it made u get lost or go looking for something blindly too much...It did feel great when u found a way to keep going though =)

Is this a good game to play? At least it doesn't have a corny or short ending like some of the Super NES action/platformer games.
Also wish I could have given the cartoon a bit more atention, since it was cool.
