@YongYDG blues? there are plenty of blues over the Orients. Plenty of porgies, stripers,and blackfish! dude, i caught a 20' 6.8lb BLACKFISH! of the surf..not boat, the surf! we caught that day, over 30 keepers. like i said, Montauk is overrated, BUT one thing great about Montauk, there's plenty of snails. beside, our spot, one the peak season,sept-nov., there's prolly about 15 max. go find the Orient Point on ur map, THE HIDDEN FISHING SPOT. Montauk is for the NON-LOCALS.

@bigburpboy I grew up in montauk so nothing beats home for me! i caught 15+ pound flukes everyday on viking! but i will try orient point!
