Guys should've had the dunk down pat before stepping into the competition, not using their time on the clock as practice.

If you join a dunk contest you bring some crazy dunks that you got ready. Who knows, maybe he was hitting it easy in practice, maybe he was nervous here.

The point is he missed 17 times. You don't use the live NBA dunk contest to practice your dunk. If you can't do it with ease don't bring it. He's obviously capable of doing it, and yes, it's impressive that he has the ability to do it.

But was the dunk amazing? You lose the wow factor from a dunk after a few misses, especially 17.
