I remember watching this show on CBS Saturday mornings. Last cartoon of the morning show was a story. Man that's when T.V. was T.V. Kids would stay out of trouble because why the heck would anyone want to miss a cartoon that everyone would talk about in school the next day. I miss the good ole days.
I can say the cartoons of the good old days are 1,000,000 times better than the garbage that has been made in the last 14 years. I can say that I wish old shows like Teen Wolf and others that have not been seen since original air dates were all released on DVD so we can choose what the younger generation watches instead of the kids watching garbage that influences them into disobeying thier parents.
And as a 35 year old, I say you are a young punk who grew up on crap and has absolutely no way to appreciate the classics. And no, being old doesn't qualify something as a classic, being old and brilliant does. There are more things in life than Halo and COD.
I feel if we could find out who now owns the recordings of this show and other cartoons that have not been seen since original air dates in the 1980's we need to do a petition to get then to put these classics on DVD so we can enjoy them over and over. Plus I remember the laughs I got out of that grandfather on this show.
Not all new-school cartoons are lacking. Still, say what you will, our old Saturday toons DID have a lot of heart. I mean, yeah, the premise was simple, the artwork was so-so, and the dialogue was corny as hell, but it's rare you'll have such pure fun watching a toon like this outside of the WB stuff.
And gripe all you want...EVERYBODY needs a friend like Styles. Yea he's miserable, he's sneaky, he's devious, but THAT boy had Scott's back ALL THE WAY!Good times, gooooood times...
'' you did a great job pretending to be a werewolf..'' he say it after lookking around..costume, hair..blah blah
she didn't say she was not pretending..she just say it was not difficult..she never say I'm a werewolf, either
when she is on t.v her arms are not hairy...though the family of scott are all hairy on the arms even the girl..and why does only scott think she is a werewolf when everyone else (his family too) think she act
My god I miss this show. It was my favorite as a kid and unfortunately, it's not as popular as it should be. It's underrated compared to many other well known 80's cartoons.
dude, I hate that trick, how is the mob not gonna notice this guy jump behind the shrubs at the last second......oh yeah, decent show course, it came out before I was born...btw, the burger place at the end looked more like an old tavern bar.
dose any body know the name of the cartoon with the bear that always flew the big plane?

I like how they don't deny or confirm whether Shayna is a teen wolf or not.

Hee, I love Scott's face at the end and the way he howls :)

Geeze, this is a corny Boy-Meets-Girl story. It played well for 80's kids' fair, though. I remember seeing this episode and thinking....
"Wait....he went through all that and all he got was a kiss on the CHEEK!?!?!?!!?" So UNFAIR!"
THEN I felt better because I remembered he had Boof. lol.
And look close; at 5:09, he looks A LOT like Micheal J.Fox from the original movie. they even made him short the same way.....

I agree. I thinkwe were lucky in the 80's, kids today and in the future are losing out on true quality

I think she was a werewolf. They were just too wary to come out and say it, just in case, but it was implied enough :)

After watching this, I felt like I was warped all the way back to 1986. Good times. Truly unforgetable.
