I find it interesting that many conversations on this subject mention "rehabilitation". This implies that all black men that are in jail have commited a crime. A large amount didn't do anything and couldn't afford a strong legal defense. They are currently reviewing many cases where the men were wrongly convicted. I am not convinced that only black men are committing crimes.

I know whites commit crimes also but there is a difference.
