@mjloverforever100 I think you could probably use perm rods to get similar curls, I would also suggest braiding your in 2-3 french braids and leaving them overnight. Hope that helps!

@Ilyakori Haha, Thank you! I dont avoid my scalp when I use conditioner as a leave-in. I do have a pretty dry scalp naturally and I dont love a ton of volume near my roots so it works for me. I cant find the name of the song! I love it too!

@xoxolovelily Hey, I'm actually doing some research now as to why and how you can grow long hair. I trim it 3-4 inches every few months so It grows about an inch a month I guess. I wish I had a specific time frame but I haven't done a "big chop" in a really long time and that was only to my shoulders! Thanks so much for watching!

@maahachappi Hey! I'm glad to have found another hair twin! I hate when my hair gets too big! When I was younger my hair would get huge! it seems to get thinner as I get older and I don't have to worry about it as much. I used to get my hair thinned but now I have long layers which seems to help a ton! Check out my video about my everyday routine, I'm also working on a video about which products I use. Ahhhhh....thanks for the tip. I've got really frizzy curly hair and have been fighting it forever. The last couple of years I've been straightening it and it's taken it's toll. I've been trying to stay a curly girl but the frizz is hard to control. I always heard of using conditioner to help calm it down but I used leave-ins. Then I tried doing regular which helped better but now I see maybe I wasn't using enough--I'm going to try that!
@trixterchick Im glad I could help! I still get some frizz but this really helps. Im working on a video now of exactly how I apply and how much conditioner I use. I hope it can explain a little more. I like to wear my hair straight two weeks out of the month so I know how hard it can be to stay curly!

@katyashford I would say it took about a year and a half. I know I'm really lucky, it just seems to grow pretty fast. I have to admit I'm not really good about trimming it. I only cut it when it feels damaged, @ every 6 months or so. The longest I'v gone without trimming it is probably a year. :) Thanks so much for watching!

@faridie Oh, the dreaded puffy hair! Haha! Some people love big hair and while I do like it on other people, I just feel silly wearing it myself. I pretty much only style my hair wet. I find that the more I touch my curls the bigger my hair gets, so I style it and leave it alone. I like to do braided looks because if it does end up too big I can always pull it back while still maintaining some style. Hope that helps!
My hair just has a mind of its own. : D It curls nice when it wants to. I wash my hair with alot of conditioner and then I use some leave in conditioner. It calms it down a bit, but not all of the time. Im telling you, sometimes I think its possesed. 0_o Thanks for the tips, though!

Although I'v never had it super short, I have done shoulder length ;) It is a strange feeling when you go to make a bun and there's nothing there to twirl! omg my hair is exactly like your and the same curlyness and it looks just like yours when its wet i was sooo glad to find someone with the same hair as me your hair is even the same colour as mine !!! im sure i could do all of those hair styles but as soon as my hair dries it just frizzez up and become really big unless i tie it up or braid it plzzz tell me what to do i would really appreciate it if u gave me sum tips.. plzzz help me!! thanks in advance :)

@maahachappi Hey! I'm glad to have found another hair twin! I hate when my hair gets too big! When I was younger my hair would get huge! it seems to get thinner as I get older and I don't have to worry about it as much. I used to get my hair thinned but now I have long layers which seems to help a ton! Check out my video about my everyday routine, I'm also working on a video about which products I use. Ahhhhh....thanks for the tip. I've got really frizzy curly hair and have been fighting it forever. The last couple of years I've been straightening it and it's taken it's toll. I've been trying to stay a curly girl but the frizz is hard to control. I always heard of using conditioner to help calm it down but I used leave-ins. Then I tried doing regular which helped better but now I see maybe I wasn't using enough--I'm going to try that!

@trixterchick Im glad I could help! I still get some frizz but this really helps. Im working on a video now of exactly how I apply and how much conditioner I use. I hope it can explain a little more. I like to wear my hair straight two weeks out of the month so I know how hard it can be to stay curly!

How long did it take you to grow your hair fro shoulder length to where it is here? And did you trim it regularly in between? I want mine to get this long! :) Thank you!

@katyashford I would say it took about a year and a half. I know I'm really lucky, it just seems to grow pretty fast. I have to admit I'm not really good about trimming it. I only cut it when it feels damaged, @ every 6 months or so. The longest I'v gone without trimming it is probably a year. :) Thanks so much for watching!

when you do your hair style while its curly does it look the same as if you did it when its dry.?
cuz i always do my hair style after drying my curls and by then they already got big.
cuz im to scared to do it while its wet since i dnt know how it would look.

@faridie Oh, the dreaded puffy hair! Haha! Some people love big hair and while I do like it on other people, I just feel silly wearing it myself. I pretty much only style my hair wet. I find that the more I touch my curls the bigger my hair gets, so I style it and leave it alone. I like to do braided looks because if it does end up too big I can always pull it back while still maintaining some style. Hope that helps!

My hair just has a mind of its own. : D It curls nice when it wants to. I wash my hair with alot of conditioner and then I use some leave in conditioner. It calms it down a bit, but not all of the time. Im telling you, sometimes I think its possesed. 0_o Thanks for the tips, though!

@bh13001 Thanks so much! My hair has a tendency to get really frizzy and big if I don't use a TON of conditioner! I use about a handful throughout, let it air dry and run my hands over top to soften it up a bit. Try it out and let me know how it works for you!
