yyh is such a deep anime!! the symbol's in it are so deep, like that pearl around hiei's neck represents his heart, puu represents yusuke's hidden soft side. everything in this anime has a anti thing that shows a side of the character that they dont want the others to see. kuwabara = his kitten, kurama= yoko kurama

Dub > sub every time. Has more emotion, you can actually watch the anime, and those with more experience in anime can acknowledge when the english sounds superior.

Im sick of all the english dub haters. Most of them r yung or newer anime fans than me i guess. Wut i mean is i grew up with english dub animes, i used to buy dvds for like $30 watch on tv and even had subscriptions to the anime network and later on funimation channel. I became a huge fan of certain voice actors/actresses that i would recognize in different anime. It's a shame to see their hard work trashed. I even wanted to become a voice actor at 1 point in my life. Oh well i lose.

The manga author that made Yu Yu Hakusho is writing "Hunter X Hunter". It's one of the most popular Japanese manga (even more than YYH was!)

As much as I adore Yu Yu Hakusho, I think that a remake would really ruin the series. ha ha I'm actually quite satisfied with obsessing over the DVDs, and just playing them over, and over, and over again. ;)

Just kidding :3 sorry xD the only full enlgish song of yyh is the opening theme D: because they only took care of translating the anime the full songs are copyrighted I guess because the full japanese versions were made to be sold in japan obviously u.u

I totally agree with you about the dubs for the movies! When I watched the Poltergeist Report, I think I raged about how stupid they were about picking a new cast of voice actors for an hour. You know, if they're going to do that, then they should at least pick good voice actors. The ones they picked for Yusuke and Kuwabara in the movie sounded almost completely alike!

Actually, I kind of liked the voice cast for The Poltergeist Report movie, except when I was watching the credits I realized Yukina and Botan had the same voice actress D: HOWEVER, Yu Yu Hakusho The Movie's voice cast was HORRIBLE. And whoever decided on what the characters would say in english did a HORRID job, Hiei was extremely out of character.

This song is always a bit hard to listen to. Yu Yu Hakusho is one the best shows out there and the ending where Yusuke shows up on the beach ... classic! I still kinda wish he would have won that last tournament, but it still ended in a great way.
