@BulletBlazerSS i would not have watched this video were it not for your comment. also if it were not for the fact that i am at work right now with headphones on in front of people, i would not have these tears in my eyes from trying to hold in my laugh. rofl... awesome!
@shroomsniff I had tears streaming down my face when I first read his comment. I had about a good 5 minutes of pure laughter. My friends wanted to know why I was laughing so hard, so I showed them the video and the comment expecting them to think I'm retarded to laugh at something like that. They too thought it was funny as hell. I don't think I have ever laughed so hard at something so childish in my entire life.
Best thing I ever bought! I bulged L3 and L4 and did facet joint strains. From the first session I saw dramatic improvement. I've heard they don't help everyone but I can't speak highly enough about these things as part of a management strategy.
Nice video. Just like any exercise, take it easy and find your comfort level before going full throttle. If your ankles are uncomfortable you may want to just invert at less of an angle at first. Maybe like 45 degrees. Your ankles may not be used to holding all your body weight in the opposite way that they were accustomed to. But with time/training they will adapt. Also inversion tables have varying degrees of quality and comfort. Some really do have better ankle supports.
I wish I had watched this video BEFORE trying out a free used one that wasn't even set up for my height. I got on it with bare feet and flew back instantly, felt like I was going to die.
I bought an inversion table last week. Best thing I've done for my back. The only problem is that the tops of my feet hurt during full inversion due to the weight of my body pressing down on the feet holders. Has anyone overcome this problem?
I used to have this problem with my inversion boots. I found that strapping a small towel on each ankle with bandages and then putting my inversion boots on worked very well.
one problem I see is that the ankle braces should allow the ankles and legs to pivot in any direction to alleviate uneven bowing, we should also be able to choose to remove one foot at a time from the ankle braces to do hamstring stretches

LOL! Do you actually use one of these? I was thinking of buying one because my back is killing me and the chiropractor is getting too expensive! What is truly amazing is your ability to type upside down!! Let me know if it works! Thanks for the laugh too! ;)
Dr. Ed Ripple you are a cool guy, it is neat how you talk about arching and your name is ripple. Pushing off the table is neat, it reminds me doing bridging on the floor. This is something only doable with a table, not normal gravity boots.
It is a great prerequisite to doing back arching with boots only in a doorway without a table impediment.

Hello EasternMerchant I have one of These tables and I enjoy Using It but when I Try and Hang Totally Upside Down I Find it Hurts My ankles!
This is a Shame because this is the Position that I Feel the Most Benefit.
It is no good to me To Help my Spine at the Cost of Strangling my Ankles!
