I made a ticket once saying that I came online and all my gear was gone but it wasnt a biggy cuz I was a level 25 and It took 1hour and 55 minutes cuz I set a timer and went out to eat and when I came back it still wasnt answered and thats where the 55 mins charm in.

I don't know if you are from the US or not.. cant be bothered to check but I bet the service is better there too..
