Dinagyang is the Best..yeah,sinulog is nice but if u will compare it to Dinagyang in iloilo..its kinda far... Ive experience MASKARRA, SINULOG and DINAGYANG with my foreign friends,and their fave events in the philippines is DINAGYANG... i think dinagyang is the best festival in the philippines. im from manila and ive been to masskara(bacolod) and sinulog(cebu) but i think dinagyang(iloilo) ranks first because of superb choreographed dancing to frenzied beat of the drums, second is cebu, both have cultural linkages.. masskara is only street dancing to pop musics covered by masks. dats only my opinion...

The ace Cebuano driver added yet another trophy to his victory shelves after ruling the Quick 8 title in the Palumba sa Maskara 2008 in Bacolod City last Oct. 11 and 12.

Lims Mitsubishi Evolution 9.5 recorded the fastest time in the track at 10.03 seconds to win the prestigious Quick 8 title in the Automobile Association of the Philippines (AAP) race.
