@lazzyboy98 it's Ptosis, can be caused from so many things, I'm 16 with the same deal, not as bad though, still makes me look stoned 24/7 though :P However since mine was aquired 2 years ago and keeps getting a lil worse the doctor is going to do some surgery on my eyelid, to fix it. I assume he was born with his since it has not been fixed, or else he chooses not to get it tucked/lifted, he's actually the first person under 60 with the same eyelid as me that i seen before =P
