@lukepb5 i'd call it a 180 slider or something like that. you don't need a freecoaster, i do em on a cassette but they aren't quite that clean. learn how to 180 and do sliding rollouts. when you 180 lean back more on the landing so u take some weight off the front wheel, and land with your bars turned already, u may have to over rotate the 180 just a little bit as well

its all good man. but yea, but it was my front foot that always fell off. you are prolly going slow (which is good for learning), the bars dont spin around all the way, or you arnt catching with at least one hand before you land.
