it cant slow down unless your internet is taking to much junk space, you have background internet processes on (utorrent, downloads, etc)

Who cares about how fast your computer downloads things! The point is if you've just ordered a game like RCT3 there's no point downloading the demo off the internet. 1. Because it uses up a hell of alot of memory on your computer and 2. Because downloading stuff off the internet can be DANGEROUS TO YOUR COMPUTER. Even if smartfilter doesn't detect any viruses it can still have viruses. Like in 2008. A 8 yr old downloaded music off the internet and it BROKE HIS COMPUTER.

My OS is a windows Vista. I can't seem to get to the page you're at, after typing in gpedit.msc in the run box I get the error message:

Windows can not find 'gpedit.msc'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.
