If you are going to teach people to speak English, please learn to pronounce the letter R! Your diction is very sluggish. Violets are bleuh? What vowel is that? Please learn to speak English before teaching it to others :( FFS

English has many different dialects. The way I pronounce r may be incorrect for the dialect you are speaking, but it is correct for my dialect (New Zealand English).
