Live Earth in itself was so ironic. How much fuel was needed to ferry the artists to each venue? How much power was needed for the lighting and sound systems, not to mention the cost in fossil fuels to broadcast the performances? How many artists flew in using private aircraft?

We have what economists call a "mixed economy"...a combination of socialism (example-public schools), fascism (most economic transactions which are heavily taxed and regulated) and some free market (your garage sale). Very few politicians believe in the free market. That is why I am voting for Ron Paul...who does.
