  • Ah, but there are two ways to interpret this data. They are choosing to interpret the neural activity as the brain making a decision. As one who believes the brain is a filter for consciousness, not the producer of consciousness - I would interpret it as the brain responding to the decision that I am making.

  • Intuition is basically the ability to detect your own decisions and assumptions. Say you realize completing a difficult task is not of any benefit or that lack of a skill may be no noticeable issue, you are better off not proving by doing. Examples could be playing the piano instead of doing maths or vice versa.

  • Is it possible based on Samuel Wang's statements, that "intuition" is actually an individual's ability to tap into that portion of the brain that has already formed a semi-coherent picture of a person or scenario and acts on that pre-conscious information?
