@sully61 though it's possible he covered it live in concert, I don't recall Jeff Healey ever recording the song. Perhaps you're thinking of the Joe Cocker version which is the one most are familiar with. Nevertheless, as good as Cocker's version is, BA wrote the song so I'd have to think that his version is the definitive one.

Yes, this is how anybody should preform a song! Look that almost there is no band, no lights, not really good gitar sound, BUT the song is brilliant, though its simple! Look that he never asks people to put their hands up, or to sing along, but just let it happen! And the crowd does it all! Feel the atmosphere wich he just created and people are washed away by it.
