this boat is a one off custom from legends boat builders. it features a 41 foot hull taken from the Apache 41 mold, but a Legends made top deck/cockpit. the engines are mercury 1000's....its name is White Lightning.

The 41' Legend is an Apache knock-off by Legend Marine in Ste. Claire, Michigan. I surveyed this boat for the current owner. It is rigged to aircraft specs. The power is staggered, twin Mercury Racing 1000's on #6SSM drives on extention boxes. The props are on 18" centers and the boat weighs about 11,500 lbs. full of fuel. I believe the highest speed seen last year was about 107 MPH, light on people and fuel. The owner, Travis, is a great guy. His wife and kids are the BEST.

It is a one-off Apache, still not sure on the motors. He was thinking it had twin 1300's although the couple times we saw him last year it didn't smell like he was burning gas through them. If you ever see the boat, it reads "White Lightning" down the side. This boat is definately one of the louder boats I've heard on the lake. These is an Orange Cigarette between mile markers 5-7. Very nice boat and very loud as well.

Its a one off knock off apache, 7 1/2 ft beam, no rub rail, twin full staggered merc 1000 HP Carb engines, SSM6 wet sump drives, barebones cabin, built by Stephen Yadvitch out of Seattle WA, He built 2 of them and the other one has yet to surface. I was in negotiations with the AQUA toy store on this boat for 2 1/2 months before buying my apache 41 which surveryorCOZ surveyed for me and gave me a thumbs up on mine. Thing is sweet
