(comment from Murad) It won't as Test matches are already effected by the Olympic Games which is why the ECB would have signed up to the bid acknowledging just that reality. That is its already a condition of the IOC when making a bid that all major sports played immediately before and during the games usually are moved aside. If we managed to get the Twenty20 games showcased then at least this will compensate for the loss in a small way.
