@likenlk err.... dude... "first it's from 'end of an era'"? You actually do know, that Tarja NEVER performed with Nightwish afterwards again, right? Besides... If you read the video title, it was in 2004, Lowands was releases in 2005 and EoaE in 2006. This one is called half-playback. In TV, you usually don't have time to make a soundcheck, so you play some parts playback and some, especially the vocals, live at some times

@likenlk Umm, it's impossible for this to be End of An Era. After EOAE, they kicked her out and never spoke to her again. I also enjoy how you said there's a part from Lowlands 2005...this performance was 2004.

I'm not disagreeing that it's playback, it probably is. It's some kind of live version, because of Tarja's accent. Also, there's NO way any television company in Germany will let you perform live. German television always uses playback. Only NW used live playback to protect their rep.

E.g. Marco does not like this playback performance at all. He seems to get bored. Compare his mimicry and moves in classical live performance and this one - it is something completely different.

And have a look at 3:29 - Tarja is claping her mouth completely different than the lyrics is.

the guitarist does not do a slide at the begining, and the drums does not fit at all, in the 1st chorus, there's alot of crash and he does'nt hit one.... But the vocal seems to be live

It's not playback. You can clearly hear that at least Tarja's singing is live because her accent shines through here a bit. She's just singing the song very well this time and she usually fucks up at the song :P
