I remember this. Successfully put me off the very concept of open flames for the rest of my life. Wellephant came to my school a couple of times, and I'm sure he was more dynamic than in this. This Wellephant's sort of solemn, pachyderm Frank Sidebottom. That accent.
Where is that British accent from? I've never heard anything resembling it.

That had a 60's feel to it. didn't know they were still putting out semi-scary vids in the 90's.
