@2autoimage I'm thinking you are talking about my other brisket videos but to answer your question, I rarely need to add any more wood other than the initial load. Thats how efficient the wood smokes with this smoker. Thats the whole idea behind this smoker. You want the wood to smoke, not flame. The wood will slowly turn to coals producing heat and smoke throughout the cook.

I never saw you add anymore wood to your smoker the entire day. Did you not add any more or did you just not show it?

You showed me how to make your brisket, so I am going to give your our brisket sauce recipe.
1 c. ketchup
1/2 mustard, yellow or brown.
1/4 brown sugar
1/4 apple cider vinegar
2 to 3 tsp of chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 teasp of pepper
Salt to taste.
Boil together in micro for 2 to 3 mins. Add to brisket when you flip it to the meaty side. BBQ until done.
