The amounts listedc below are PER PERSON!

1 baking potato, chopped

1 med leek, chopped and washed thoroughly

1 med yellow onion, diced

1/4 lb diced smoked ham

1/4 lb shredded cheddar

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp flour

Start the potatoes boiling in a large pot, when the potatoes are half done add the leeks. Saute your onion in butter, when tender add to pot. Carmalize ham in butter and add to pot. In the same skillet use the cream and flour to make a rue. Stir in cheese. Serve.

2. cut them

3.put them in a boiling pot

4.let sit for 15 minutes

5.put in blender

6. put sugar and cinnaman
