@DevilMcVEVO If you get a bald cap this will work better, so get a bald cap (there's lots of tutorials on those), apply the make up as shown here (paint bald cap too). Then it's just a case of finding the costume, hope that helps.

@fumsmusings I"m pretty sure the face of Jack Skellington was very inspired by SUGAR SKULLS from the day of the dead celebration and customs. look up day of the dead n where the tradition comes from...im not talikingn about what he wore but make-up face design.

Could you please provide some suggestions for how to make the stitches look three-dimensional? I want them to pop out of the skin in a more realistic way. Are there any products that can achieve this look?

The main thing is plenty of shading around the stitches and add a light colour as a highlight along the stitch it self.

If you did what I did but made the stitch thicker then added a thin sheet of latex over the top that would also work better.
