Everything bolts up. The hadlight brackets are not necessary. I just drilled mine for the kouki headlight bolts. The zenki bumper support works, but you'll need the kouki bumper retainer so the kouki bumper will bolt up.
I'm also doing a zenki to a kouki conversion at the moment. Do you have any advice on the stuff I need? I so far got the headlights, corner lights, and the hood. I'm getting the US kouki bumper and fenders. Is it necessary to get the head bracket? or the OEM radiator support? It would be nice helping out another 240sx owner out :D.
I ended up just bolting it up real tight and using zip ties to support the top of the bumper. They say that all I need now id the Kouki bumper RETAINER that sits on top of the bumper. They say it should support the bumper and fill the gap.
