  • Tee hee so funny!

  • Larry: Nice job boys

    Moe: You said it

    Then, judge falls through bathroom

  • That thing with Curly and the pipes came from Tinkertoys, no doubt! -- those were invented in 1913, just after the erector set.

  • howd de d dat

  • The fact that Dudley Dickerson got as much work as he did in those days was a tribute to his acting skill. He did take an immense amount of pride in his roles, and made any scene he was in immensely better for his presence.

  • Moe: get another piece of pipe

    Curly: I already did that

Moe: What you gonna do about it

Curly: get another piece of pipe

    hey,a 3D TV!hahaha!

  • hahahahaha the last part is the best

  • This is comedy .....not like the modern day crap we have to put up with.

  • If having Black actor in the 60s was a big deal, think about what it was like in the 30s and 40s like in here.

  • @AmericanNohbuddy horrifying to portay blacks as cooking servants; knowing so well all they can do is rape a white woman and eat fried chicken, then chimp out after midday until they get some crack and go to sleep at sundown..........

  • @1973mazdarx4coupe

He didn't just play a cook in the shorts either.

But what did you expect for the 30s?

  • Comment removed

  • @1973mazdarx4coupe hey stupid! I didn't know they had trailor parks in japan? have you introduced the japanese to parking cheap poorly made mazda's up on bricks in front of your trailor?

I bet the benevolent, and as history shows, the racially sensitive janpanese welcome the likes of you with open arms right dummy?

  • I like this part

  • my dad once talk ot larry when he was a kid

  • lol dude said this house sho gone krazy lol

  • i cant keep but wonder. if they make a modern day sitcom with the same style as the stooges will it actually work?

  • @TheBlueSnake -- Nope. The Stooges tried it with "Jerks of All Trades", their unsold network pilot, which never made it to TV (though you can find a copy floating around here somwhere). That sort of comedy works best now as an 11-minute cartoon...maybe a comic book.

  • curly gets traps in pipes lol.curley does not know anything about clam soup

  • "Dont tell me how to run my buisness! BEAT IT!" Larry.

"Put that stuff back were it belongs!" Butler.

    WACK! Rock hits face!

  • Oh, BTW: the clock is an Art Deco Seth Thomas; and the stove is a Wedgewood. You would have loved it!

  • Comment removed

  • Actually, they would have done a much better and faster job of fixing the oil thing in the Gulf than BP!

Moe (to Larry and Curly): "Hey, Porcupine! Get the tools!"

    Larry: "WHAT tools?"

Moe (pulling on Larry's hair): "THE TOOLS WE'VE BEEN USING FOR THE LAST TEN YEARS!"

    Larry: "OH, THOSE tools!"

Curly: "Nyuk nyuk nyuk nyuk nyuk nyuk --" (Moe slaps him in the forehead!)

Moe: "Am I gonna have trouble with you, too?! Go on, get busy!"

    Curly: "Mmmmggh!"

  • @MrsJbone66

Didn't see this comment already. Yeah it's fuckin hilarious.

  • Lmfao! My favorite episode. It was sooo funny the way Curly trapped himself with the pipes and Larry just dug a big ass hole for nothing. Lmao

  • As recently as New Year's Day, 1946 -- the year after the War: there were fewer than 6,000 television receivers in all of North America. But by the end of 1950, more than two million TV sets were sold annually! My Mom's family, however, didn't get one until 1954 (she was 11 at that time); and her parents were very strict about the programs that would be watched, and when. For example, her mother (Grandma, to me) absolutely HATED these slapstick comedies! Good thing I ain't like them!

  • "Hey, no wonder the water don't woik! The pipe is all plugged up with wires!"

"A fine place for wires! Well, drag'em outta there and get that pipe in here!!"

    After that... (LMAO!)

  • ...so what does Curly do to take care of the hole in the floor of the bathroom? What else but put a bath mat over it! THAT'LL work, soitanly! Someone had to 'invent' this kind of humor! Never let it be said that The Three Stooges lacked for originality.

  • who needs brains to be a plumber!!

  • "A fine place for wires" Great quote lol

  • thumbs up if you love Curly being trapped by the pipes!

  • *Picks up phone*

    "Get me..."

  • Love the Black dude's Eyes, classic

  • "Hey no wonder the plumbing don't work, the pipes are plugged up with wires!" lmfao Curley

  • Moe - mean and grumpy stooge.

Larry - weird and strange stooge.

Curly - childish and immature stooge.

Shemp - nervous and awkward stooge.

Joe - prissy and whiney stooge.

Curly Joe - ditzy and confused stooge.

  • I can't believe that was the only quote he ever said! 3:37 to 3:39.

  • what a great sight gag that is, having him trapped inside the pipes like that, one word, genius.

  • somehow, i knew something along these lines would happen

  • Curly: Moe! Larry! I'm surrounded!

  • LMFAO 5;04 50 gallons of water shooting through the tv screen hahahahahaha

  • I would never let those guys fix my house

  • The creator of the evil dead sure did love this episode hehe

  • 2:35- Best double-take in film history.

Best 3 stooges quote: "Dis house has shu' gon' crazy."

  • 3:23 to 4:35 this exact same footage was used in the 1949 episode "Vagabond Loafers", which is the Shemp remake of this episode.

  • LMAO! DAMN! THIS IS FUNNY

  • At 1:14 Moe says, "This ain't a house, it's a sieve!" Then Curley comes down. Classic.
