Twilight's sense of justice is incorruptible, and she would never stoop to murdering FBI agents. She'd make a great early Light, but for the long run, the twisted perception of reality Pinkie has seems better suited.

Fluttershy isn't bad for Near, but Spike has the same voice actress (and stature).
