型のないずっとランダムな動きで演舞ってのは、伝統ある東洋武術­ではあまり見かけない。

現代に対応した、合理的で実践的な達人武術って感じでとても素晴­らしい。

二人ともすごいリラックスしたまま動き続けているのがすごい。

Can't be shown at full speed. Training partner isn't advanced enough to not get hurt and people watching wouldn't be able to appreciate the natural movement concept without slow, exaggerated movements.

Videos are great for ideas but sometimes make Systema look a little practiced between the participants.

Systema is a great way to improve one's life.

Just proves one thing. Get the target area out of the way, yes you may get cut, chances are you will get cut, but that is the reality, it is where and how you get cut that is important, nice way to get the meaasage accross regards getting the target out of the way, without that nothing works, with it a lot can work.
