@S3zzan, I usually use one or two Good Hair Days hair pins to hold the ends under. You may be able to go without pinning it, depending on your hair texture.
this really works! and its so easy! the only thing extra i do is secure the end with 2 bobby pins. and only because my hair is so smooth it won't stay tucked under.
@coolbeansmellon Maybe? I'm not familiar with a bun with that name, but since posting this I've learned that other people make it or similar buns under different names. It's just something I figured out one day while playing with my hair a few years ago. Great minds think alike! ;-)
How do u secure it?

is that a keytylo stick you're using?

@flowerlove79 Good eye! Yes, it is a Medium Ketylo (6"), hence the "screw" action inserting it into the twist.

I've been looking for more easy, beautiful updos to do with minimal supplies. This is fantastic! Thank you so much!

I love the look of this bun! Every time I try it the hair is way too tight on my scalp to be comfortable. How do you avoid this?
unaspenser 1 year ago
@unaspenser That happens to me sometimes, too, so I start over and give it more slack (start the stick further away from your head). HTH!
