This wasn't a simple halo violation... he went down there to make a point. Not only did he put the returner in great danger of serious injury, he then made helmet-first contact with the second guy. The refs and the NCAA missed this one bad. He should have been ejected and suspended. I like hard-contact football as much as anyone, but not when it's done in a way that puts people in danger of serious injury. This was bullshit, and so was the call.
