In my opnion anyone who finds themselves in jail have given up their right to "having a say" in their life. They are there do their time & do what they are told. If they don't like it they should have made better choices outside of jail. Time to set these thugs strait.

No, what some of these people have done to their innocent victims is inhumane. I'm not saying torture them, I'm just saying we worry TOO much about their rights. Minor inconveniences like being moved to another jail for a brief period to me is justifiable & part of their debt to society.

Mostly all criminal cases where a celebrity is "messed with" always go to the extreme favor of that celebrity. This clown picked a fight with David Letterman in New York that means a New york court with New Yorkers who hate it when people try to take short cuts and not work for what they have. This man is really SOL in a big way!
