Exxon is a great company to work for. The one problem I have with them is there hiring process is very bias. The far majority of people hired are bosses kids who dont deserve a job and dont even have a trade. They just walk through the gate on daddys coat tail while countless other deserving people get turned down that are tradesmen with degrees and are skilled at what they do.I have watched this first hand. On top of this price your goverment will place a duty, so yes it is a political decision. To put things in perspective, over here in europe "gass" is far from cheap, infact it is banging on at about $7-$8 a gallon, or 700-800% more than you boys pay. I was in the states when price went above $1 a gallon and there was complete uproar, so to suggest that a US government can just add duty increasing the price of fuel 5,6,700% is a joke. The US people need to change their attitude to increase price.
