From a drummer to a drummer, loosen up. I feel tense just by watching you play, and it affects the tempo (it fluctuates a bit here and there, it never really settles into the groove of the song). And the way you do that is practicing the song SLOW before you play it up to tempo.  Speed is nothing without control. And that goes for all the musicians. You guys have the chops, but the control isn't necessarily there.

just some advice for when you start writing your own stuff, try not to sound so much like your favourite band or some popular band, people aren't gonna wanna listen to something they already have on their ipod, so try and be unique because so many bands fail becuase they are too similar to another band, so if you want 3 guitar players, hell, have 3 guitar players, and good cover :)
