the presidential debates are run by the "commission on presidental dabate" which is a private corporation owned by the two parties. No one else is allowed in the debate unless they are consistantly polling above 15%. Google, or look up "commission on presidental debate" on wikipedia for more info.
Please tell me why should Google, CNN, or any other corporation should dictate the terms of PUBLIC election debates? What ever happened to the league of women voters hosting the debates?

We have allowed, and continue to allow this, which is their greatest strength. While we have strength in numbers, it makes no difference if we continue to go along with the program, so to speak.
