Josh Groban has a wonderful voice but it doesn't fit this song. This is Tommy Körberg's song. Josh hasn't got the power nor the emotion this song requires. But of course it's still great, I mean the song is wonderful and his voice amazing...but still...Tommy RULES :-)

this is one of my favourite songs of all time. I was lucky enough to see a version of Chess locally, and this song just sends shivers.... Groban and Korberg both do excellent versions as indeed did our local operatic society

I wish people would stop comparing apples to oranges...one singer's version has NOTHING to do with another...this is a sublime version of a breath-taking song with a heart-breaking message. It's not THE only version of "Anthem" and that's the way it should be. And considering I wore out my LP of the original Chess recording, I know what I'm talking about!
