no matter what you want to call it people... this is CLEAR EVIDENCE.. that something is out there. there's no more disputing the idea of there being other life-forms out there in the vast area of space. I see them at the top at the bottom in the middle and all at the same apparent speed and direction when they come in and out of view. If they were orbiting the mood then they wouldn't all be traveling in the exact same speed and right to left direction. They are also static in the position of the video ( stick your thumb on the screen! They don't move, the moon does ) I conclude that this is the result of crap on the video camera not objects orbiting the moon.

Those look to me to be possibly specks on the lens, each catching the light obliquely (and appearing) as the moon's light neared it, then appearing instead as a dark silhouette against the background of the moon's bright surface. They appear to move steadily because of the moon's steady motion across the field of view.
This idea could have easily been tested at the time, by moving the camera in some chosen direction and seeing whether the UFOs immediately moved in the opposite direction.
They are meteorites. How come every time we see something flying in space that we aren't aware of what it is, we make such a big deal out of it. We don't even know 1/10000000 of what's in space.
Take a close look at them just when they enter into the optical surface of the moon, now you can see a tiny black dot there for a second or so (not all does that tho). If the particle is not right in the focus it MAY create a microlensing-like effect (light deflection on the edges by wave nature of light?).

OK I downloaded this video and had a good look at it in my video editor. What looks like is going onto me is as the moon moves across the field of view of the motionless camera dust particles at the top right of the lens are lighting up from the glare or albedo. As the moon moves across the sky it’s glare/albedo is overwhelming these tiny aberrations or images and they look as though they disappear when they are not. You need an absolutely squeaky clean optics to observe astronomical correctly.

This is no way an UFO. The maker of this vid should check his / her equipment for small surface errors in the telescope and camera etc even on the image detector. This is a very similar microlensing effect with which i "faked" a black hole and posted vids about.

This is nteresting. At first i thought about the satellites we know are working around the moon, but the objects on this fotage are so massive, perhaps the size of a small island, that they can't be any satellite. My best guess, if the footage is genuine, is that a meteorite had ompacted onto the far side of the moon itself, ejecting material into a high sub orbit. This would also explain the enormous speed they are travelling at.

Actually, there are at least nine, including NASA's Gravity Recovery and Interior Laboratory, or GRAIL, the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) as well as Japanese, Chinese and Indian craft.
It would be advantageous if you could find another source to corroborate, maybe there is a website out there that archives videos of the moon. If you could get video from another person who saw the same phenomena at the same time, same date, different location, different equipment, it would strengthen UFO claims. Start a Moon watch group.
@QFT2 I just realized, if these orbs are simply artifacts of the camera or telescope, etc then such orbs should appear when the telescope is focused on a light source far enough away to appear the same size as the moon AND same light intensity.

@QFT2 In the first video the 'objects' aren't orbiting the moon, notice that the camera is having a hard time focusing (it looks like the moon is pulsing) but 'objects' aren't moving/pulsing.
In the second video it's hard to say anything because the man is cheap and doesn't have a tripod, and like to use digital zoom which means the little computer inside the camera fills in the blanks to make up for what it can't see (thus the flickering colours).
@rhcpconor I just saw the first video again, I do clearly see objects moving, we can verify by analyzing the video and taking note of the pixels. In regards to the second video when did he mention he used digital zoom? Once again these are testable and the issues you raised are mainly technical and straightforward to address
@rhcpconor I agree in one respect, more rigorous research is needed. If someone where to describe in detail how and when they took the measurements taking into account resolution of the telescope, any possible issues with the camera, possible atmospheric effects, with long exposure times, and independent corroboration, we may be able to determine whether or not these "orbs" are anomalous or not.

Also your using the word testable in completely the wrong context, how has this been tested, and don't say 'by my eyes' because tests often involve a lab and scientists, not a digital camera pointed at an object that could be 288000 miles away that is then made into a youtube video.
@rhcpconor If it is a moon rock it should perform periodic motion, longer video is necessary. This is testable, in the same way that astronomers can perform spectroscopy on a star that is light years away or in the way Galileo discovered the moons of Jupiter with a telescope that is more primitive that many of the telescopes people can buy today. Electronic cameras nowadays are so advanced that many scientists use them for Spectroscopy. Google search "DSLR spectroscopy"
@rhcpconor A difference between a researcher and an average person simply imaging the moon is that the researcher can calculate the parameters of the equipment to ensure that what the person sees is not an artifact. This information is available on the internet, granted having a scientific background helps, you can look up and read all the papers pertinent to optics, telescopes, and digital imaging devices. Not to mention you can buy most of the equipment scientists use online.

I have seen once a real UFO 40 feet above me and once more observing the moon with a telescope.
The one above me was just right in my face and the other through the telescope, it flew very slowly, stopped and then flew away as if it WANTED me to see it, and it was MUCH bigger and MUCH more clear then the one on this video.
The part that pisses me off is that i have NO WAY of proving it because i didn't record it and that is because i never believed in UFOs until i saw for myself.

Well of course the only things in space are big solid objects like the moon and UFOs. Obviously they couldn't be space junk or ocks/ice/whatever floating through space since those aren't big sold objects like the moon, other planets or stars which we all know are the only things that exist in outer space, besides UFOs of course.

Note that they "move" in precisely the opposite direction as the moon does across the field of view, which is to say that the don't move at all. Also note that they show up lighter than the sky as the edge of the moon approaches, but darker than the moon's surface as the edge of moon passes over them. Away from that edge, they don't show up at all. You have light refracting particles on some optical element, not your objective lens, possibly your detector. Is this camera an SLR?
maybe the moon has its own small orbit going around it, strong enough to capture small rocks but not strong enough to effect our orbit. thats just my thought

This is no way an UFO. The maker of this vid should check his / her equipment for small surface errors in the telescope and camera etc even on the image detector. This is a very similar microlensing effect with which i "faked" a black hole and posted vids about.

This is nteresting. At first i thought about the satellites we know are working around the moon, but the objects on this fotage are so massive, perhaps the size of a small island, that they can't be any satellite. My best guess, if the footage is genuine, is that a meteorite had ompacted onto the far side of the moon itself, ejecting material into a high sub orbit. This would also explain the enormous speed they are travelling at.

@arghallthenamesrgone only objects that are signficantly close to the ground would cast an identifiable shadow. The width of the light source (the sun) compared to the relative smallness of the unidentifiable objects, would mean that the shadow is so unfocussed that it would not be identifiable.

If you could get video from another person who saw the same phenomena at the same time, same date, different location, different equipment, it would strengthen UFO claims. Start a Moon watch group.

@rhcpconor Earth satellites and rocks have regular well defined orbits, which make them easy to rule out. Now it could be satellites or rocks around the moon, the only problem is that we should see them performing regular orbits every couple of minutes or hours, but we don't.

@QFT2 In the first video the 'objects' aren't orbiting the moon, notice that the camera is having a hard time focusing (it looks like the moon is pulsing) but 'objects' aren't moving/pulsing.
In the second video it's hard to say anything because the man is cheap and doesn't have a tripod, and like to use digital zoom which means the little computer inside the camera fills in the blanks to make up for what it can't see (thus the flickering colours).

If someone where to describe in detail how and when they took the measurements taking into account resolution of the telescope, any possible issues with the camera, possible atmospheric effects, with long exposure times, and independent corroboration, we may be able to determine whether or not these "orbs" are anomalous or not.

@QFT2 I took the time to watch this on my 52 tv (Don't ask me why, it's all absolute BS) but you can see a vapour trial, IT'S A MOON ROCK! or asteroid to the you and me.
Also your using the word testable in completely the wrong context, how has this been tested, and don't say 'by my eyes' because tests often involve a lab and scientists, not a digital camera pointed at an object that could be 288000 miles away that is then made into a youtube video.

@rhcpconor If it is a moon rock it should perform periodic motion, longer video is necessary. This is testable, in the same way that astronomers can perform spectroscopy on a star that is light years away or in the way Galileo discovered the moons of Jupiter with a telescope that is more primitive that many of the telescopes people can buy today. Electronic cameras nowadays are so advanced that many scientists use them for Spectroscopy. Google search "DSLR spectroscopy"

@rhcpconor A difference between a researcher and an average person simply imaging the moon is that the researcher can calculate the parameters of the equipment to ensure that what the person sees is not an artifact. This information is available on the internet, granted having a scientific background helps, you can look up and read all the papers pertinent to optics, telescopes, and digital imaging devices. Not to mention you can buy most of the equipment scientists use online.

I have seen once a real UFO 40 feet above me and once more observing the moon with a telescope.
The one above me was just right in my face and the other through the telescope, it flew very slowly, stopped and then flew away as if it WANTED me to see it, and it was MUCH bigger and MUCH more clear then the one on this video.
The part that pisses me off is that i have NO WAY of proving it because i didn't record it and that is because i never believed in UFOs until i saw for myself.

Note that they "move" in precisely the opposite direction as the moon does across the field of view, which is to say that the don't move at all. Also note that they show up lighter than the sky as the edge of the moon approaches, but darker than the moon's surface as the edge of moon passes over them. Away from that edge, they don't show up at all. You have light refracting particles on some optical element, not your objective lens, possibly your detector. Is this camera an SLR?
