@liskey17 its because (i've got the same problem) you got 2g MC model and than it won't work :( it can only when you jailbreak it again and add the whited00r source and instal "my whited00r"

to people that want to get ios4 apps here is how you do it go to ifile (download from cydia)

1) open ifile

2)go to Systems/Library/CoreServices

3) scroll all the way down until you see "SystemVersion.plist

4) go down until you see 3.1.3 and change to 4.3.5

5) and also where you see 7E18 change to 8LI all caps no space.

6) save and exit respring \iphone will boot fine and you can get any app you want.
