I am Bahamian and my girlfriend is Haitian. we both watched this video and I agree, speaking in general, I would never let any island try to take over or change are bahamian tradition. I say yes it's okay if some Haitians come to the Bahamas , but we cant save all haitians, everyone must help out. But there are some greedy haitians that are making most good and respectable Haitians look bad. The greedy one's are coming over to the Bahamas stealing and breaking laws.

@timdivine Just like Obama is the president of the U.S. and his father is from Kenya, Africa. So, just like the U.S. the Bahamas is a melting pot of different cultures for the most part. However, I do believe that Haitians should learn English as a criteria for citizenship because this is an English speaking country.

When it comes to Passports its crazy, the Passport Office already need to know who your Great Grand Parents are in the in order to receive a passport. The thing is yeah they need to know who are Bahamians but I notice other nationalities still are able to get Bahamian Passports quicker than Bahamians!
