Why are they creating a CGI house and recreate an entire setting for a movie when they could have went out and find a similar place to film. Wouldn't be better and cheaper option?

I've been there, and it's such a treat to see it. It would've been better if it was still standing in it's original location, but now it sits near the hardware shop that was featured in the movie. You should totally see it, though.
