  • hey rob good job but you look kinda weak and fat :(

  • hey roebuckk nice lift man. Hope you still lifting and getting stronger. Are you still lifting deadlifts once a week? Or are you now doing them 2-3 times a week. Seems this is your favorite exercise than all the others. Good one to be your favorite if you ask me. Good way you handle 300lbs and above. You make it look easy. PS Don't listen to these clowns posting negative crap. They probably don't know how REAL NATURAL MEN LIFT WEIGHTS. Thats how we roll up in this. peace.

  • i love how you "preach" so strongly for your "perfect form", but if you want to get truely strong on your max days it will be a little ugly, thats why its a MAX, look at the youtube videos of the big boys deadlifting,,they dont deadlift like that, maybe thats why roebuckk looks like he just started lifting weights..if i saw him in the street i woudlnt even look twice..he looks weak and will be doing "perfect form" all the time and never exerting himself

  • @thearmchairexpert I see why you call yourself the arm chair expert! Those that can't do criticize! LOL

  • I really admire your form!

    VERY precise!!

I just started to deadlift and I love it!!

    Great music!

    cheers from Germany!

  • Just change the music man...I nearly fainted just listening few secs to it...put some rocky balboa

  • it's a classic...get some culture

  • Big Respect Roe.

  • what the name of that song?

  • Toccata Fugue In D Minor by Bach

  • good thxx you

  • ur a beast

  • tried this today only could do 135 20 reps -_-

  • not a bad start. that is where I was not long ago. Just keep progressing by increasing the number of reps each workout. I have noticed that speed/stamina deadlift sets with 135 or 225 lbs really hits my hams without taxing my back as much as heavier weight. Keep pulling!

  • I like your videos I watched your deadlift technique just a moment ago.I was wondering if this vid is all one workout?Should I do all these methods in one session? What about sets and rest time. Thanks

  • no these are separate workouts. I usually either work on my reps or on lifting heavy on different workout days depending what my immediate goal is i.e. to increase endurance or increasing strength. I only deadlift once a week and rest to full recovery between sets.

  • can this program give muscular size?

  • why are you giving people advice on how to deadlift again? lol

  • well got nothing better to do...but you can take it or leave it

  • After a vigorous dead lift workout my lower will be spent and a little sore the next day but that is normal to be expected. The soreness usually subsides after a few days after which I am ready for another dead lift workout within a week. I don't deadlift more than once a week when going heavy.

  • Is your lower back ever sore, or is this a sign of doing something wrong?

  • woot 1st
